Returns and refunds
It happens: an item doesn't fit as you expected. No problem—if it's in its original condition , you can return it at your own expense according to the rules below.
Return window
You can request a return within 14 days of delivery (or from the time the package was available for collection).
Once returned and verified, we will refund the same payment method used for purchase.
Refund times
We promise to refund you within 14 days of receiving the item in our warehouse (after quality inspection).
How to request a return
- Email us with your order number and the item you wish to return (specify the model if ordering multiple items).
- You will receive the return label to print and apply to the package.
- Ship the return: the costs are paid by the buyer .
- Always keep your shipping/tracking receipt until your refund is processed.

Note: Returns remain your responsibility until they reach the warehouse. Please retain proof of shipment.
Conditions for acceptance
To be refunded, the product must:
- never worn/washed , with no signs of use or odors;
- have original tag attached ;
- be in the complete original packaging .
Exceptions and cases not accepted
Returns shipped after 14 days : We cannot accept them; we may have to return the item to the sender and charge you for shipping.
Items with damage, signs of use, or unsuitable conditions : No refund; we may return the item and claim the cost.
Missing tag or original box : the return will not be accepted.
Can't ship on time?
Please contact us before the deadline: handling a refund after the deadline is at our discretion .
Defective items or shipping errors
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us immediately with a photo: we will provide you with a priority solution (replacement or refund).
