How can I make a return?
Please email us with your order number, the item you're returning (if you're ordering multiple items), and whether you'd prefer a refund or size exchange . We'll send you a return label to print and attach to the package you'll hand over to the courier.
Condition: Within 14 days of delivery; unworn/washed , original tags attached , intact packaging and no signs of use.

When will I receive my refund?
Within 14 days of receiving the returned item and inspecting it in the warehouse. Refunds will be issued after the item has been inspected for conformity.

How can I book a new collection?
You can book it directly with the courier using the label you received. Alternatively, contact us and we'll assist you.

I can't find the original box or tag. Can I return it?
No. To accept a return, the tag must be attached and the original packaging must be present. Returns without these requirements will not be accepted.

How will I receive my refund?
We will use the same payment method used for the purchase.

Where is my order?
After you place your order, the status remains "processing" for up to 2 business days . Upon shipment, you'll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your package.

What are the shipping times?

I have doubts about the size.
